Our Story

We opened The Roost because nobody else was doing it right

Boomer had a gap — a place where the food took as much care as the conversation, where the cocktails weren't an afterthought, and where you could actually hear yourself think without fighting the noise.

We built The Roost to fill that space. Every dish starts with an ingredient we can trace back to a farm or a fisherman. Every cocktail is shaken by hand, not pre-mixed from a bottle. The bread is baked in-house. The sauces are reduced from scratch. The desserts are made the morning they're served.

It's not the fastest meal in Boomer. It's not the cheapest, either. But it's honest, and it's made with the kind of conviction that turns first-time visitors into regulars.
